Thermal analysis of an electronic device

An interesting example of the use of thermal analysis in Ansys Mechanical.

This project did not involve the use of CFD. In this case, we analyzed the effect of the temperature generated by the processor on the highly sensitive components of an advanced measuring system. It turned out that the location of the processor was critical to the stability of the device's operation and the accuracy of the results obtained. By analyzing the heat flow through both conduction and radiation phenomena, we were able to find the correct placement of the electronic components in the analyzed device.
